A6: Usually we start our quality control when all the materials come in, only when they inspected and meet our standard, we will use them or we will refund to the supplier for the new batch. For production, we also have 2-3 times inspections for the stitching and testing work, as well as one time full inspection before shipment. We do offer one year warranty for facbric defects.

A7: Our main market are within North America and Canada, Europe and Australia, so we have strict quality standard for products we made for you.

A8: Usually our lead time is 45 days, it will extended once in peak seasons.
